General questions

  • What is the procedure for the purchase?
    We always advise using our website to design your own model. Once we received your request, we will get back to you and discuss all the product details. When everything is confirmed, and final product is known, we will prepare the purchase documents. You will receive the invoice ONLY by email. Once the advanced payment is received, the production is started. As soon as the product is finished and verified, the pictures are sent to the customer. After the balance payment is made (+transportation costs are covered), the product is shipped to the requested address.
  • What are the payment conditions and methods?
    We do only accept bank transfers. Normally, a 50% deposit is required to start processing the order for all products. The detailed contract between both parties is agreed via email and the invoice is issued. Email communication remains as official agreement. When the product is finished, prior to the full balance payment, the SELLER sends pictures of the finished product, and awaits for final payment from the CUSTOMER.
  • What are the prices of Transportation?
    Transportation prices always varies due to not stable situation. It always depends on a transport company, and exact transportation price would be known prior delivery. Price also depends on product size and type. If you would like to get approximate price, please contact us and share your address.
  • Sauna

  • How long does it take to manufacture?
    After choosing your specifications and completing the first payment – it takes around 4-6 weeks till finished product – then it’s just the delivery.
  • Can a sauna be delivered flat-packed for self-assembly?
    Certainly. Most sauna models are available unassembled as well. Flat-packed saunas are ideal for difficult of access location, plus shipping costs are usually lower.
  • What is the best temperature for a sauna?
    Depends on individual preference, but in regard to safety, it is recommended to keep the temperature under 90 ̊C, according to the Finnish Sauna Society (especially for people with heart conditions). Higher temperatures are also possible; however, it is important to know your limits and not stay in the sauna for too long. Sauna-goers should be well-hydrated before, during and after spending time in the sauna.
  • How many people can fit inside a sauna?
    The sauna room usually has benches on both sides (unless you order U shape benches). It can be presumed that 1 meter of the bench sits one person, in turn, 1 meter of the sauna room sits two people (on both sides). 2-meter sauna would accommodate 4 people, a 3-meter sauna – 6 people and so on. If you plan to lay on the sauna benches, the sauna bench should be about 2 meters long for one person to lay comfortability.
  • What sort of foundation should I prepare for the sauna?
    Basically, the length and width of the foundation must meet the size of the sauna. The foundation itself should be flat to avoid possible deformations. Upon the request, we always send the required base drawing of the sauna.
  • Will sauna stones be included?
    Yes, the required amount of sauna stones is included with every wood-burning or electric heater.
  • What heaters do we offer?
    We offer electric and wood-fired heaters for outdoor saunas. Individual models can be selected under each sauna model.
  • What is the delivery price of a certain product?
    The delivery price is not included and always applied as extra on top. In order to tell the delivery price of an outdoor sauna, we must know the following: (1) the model; (2) the size; (3) pre-assembled or flat packed; (4) The delivery address. Usually sauna is being delivered with standard truck. The client must take care of unloading and book a forklift for it.
  • Hot tubs

  • Do you offer models that can be delivered flat-packed? (for self-assembly)
    All wooden hot tubs (without inner liners) can be delivered flat packed (for self-assembly). Fiberglass models can only be delivered fully assembled. Flat-packed models are ideal for difficult access locations, i.e. narrow roads, and narrow pathways leading to the garden.
  • What is the ideal water temperature?
    The recommended temperature is 38 ̊C, but, of course, it depends on the preference of the bathers. Bathers with cardiovascular conditions should be cautious and should avoid bathing in very hot water.
  • How long does it take for water to heat?
    There is no clear-cut answer, as the heating time is influenced by a plenty of factors, such as size and insulation of the hot tub, starting water temperature, outside temperature, the power of the heater, etc. During the warmer months, an 1800mm hot tub will heat to the recommended 38 ̊C mark in ~2-2,5 hours.
  • How can I empty the hot tub?
    Every hot tub has a water drain installed. Fiberglass models have an external water tap installed underneath the heater.
  • Do I need professional assistance in connecting electrical equipment?
    Massage pumps, filters, and LED lights come with standard European-type plugs. They are ready to use as soon as they are plugged into electrical sockets. You always need to be careful with electricity and make sure that the cables and connections are isolated.
  • Should I prepare a foundation for my hot tub?
    No special foundation is needed but the ground below should be flat to avoid any deformations.
  • What is the difference between air bubble massage and hydromassage?
    The air bubble massage system comprises 12 jets, which generate a gentler massage effect. Available for all hot tub models. The hydromassage system usually comprises 8 chromed jets, which generate a strong massage effect.
  • How is the external heater connected?
    Two stainless steel pipes (Ø50mm) are installed on the side of the hot tub. The external heater is connected to these pipes through two 1-meter length heat-resistant hoses. The hoses are secured with clamps on each end of the hose. It is crucial to make sure that the heater hoses are as straight as possible. The lower hoses must be parallel to the ground, it cannot be in an angle.
  • Should the hot tub be drained after each bathing in the wintertime?
    As a rule, yes, the water should be drained from the hot tub and all its pipes after each bathing in the wintertime.
